inQui 26, 2024

On April 25, 2024, an exciting and informative training "Internationalization, strategy, opportunities" was held, organized for teachers of the Vocational College and the International Scientific and Technical University named after academician Yuriy Bugai.

The participants of the training had a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge about internationalization in the field of higher education and research. At the event, emphasis was placed on modern trends and aspects of internationalization, as well as on the role of strategic planning in the international activities of a higher educational institution. Of particular interest were the results of the EAIE Barometer 2024 (Third Edition) study, which the speaker shared.

The internationalization of a higher education institution helps to prepare students for life and career growth in a global society, promotes the development of intercultural understanding, and also stimulates scientific research and innovation through the exchange of knowledge and experience with scientists from all over the world.

The speaker of the event was Anastasiya Serhiyivna Pylypchenko, a specialist in the department of international relations and development of the International Scientific and Technical University named after academician Yury Bugai. She shared expert knowledge and practical experience. In addition, the development of ISTU's internationalization strategy and its importance for the development of the university were discussed at the event.

In particular, the role of the Jean Monnet program in opening new opportunities for scientists and its importance in the process of internationalization of the university was considered.

The participants deepened their knowledge and were inspired to effectively implement new strategies and opportunities in the university's international activities. The training was an important step in preparing teachers for the challenges and opportunities that open before them in the modern world of higher education.
