Since its foundation and development of theoretical and practical capabilities, the International Scientific and Technical University has focused special attention on international cooperation and international interaction Over the years of its existence, this principle has not changed, and it is not violated even today.

In particular, recently, namely from July 13 to 14 in Chisinau (Moldova), a business meeting of ISTU management and Moldovan partners from the University of Political and Economic European Knowledge named after "Constantin Stere" ( USPEE "C. Stere") was held.

USPEE "C. Stere" is a higher educational institution of Chisinau, in the system of the educational process of which national, European and international legislative documents, acts and agreements appear. "For almost 25 years of USPEE activity, "Constantin Stere" has managed to demonstrate steadfastness, professionalism and quality."  The heads of the institution invite professors from the country and abroad to participate, in particular from Central and South-Eastern Europe, Western Europe, the CIS and the USA. Being a rather innovative educational institution, USPEE is constantly looking for ways to prepare graduates for work and increase social mobility.

The rector of our university led the negotiations Veronika Hudoley and vice-rector for international relations and development Stanislav Kukhtyk.

Delegation from USPEE "C. Stere" was headed by the chairman of the University Senate Gheorghe Avornyk - associate professor and doctor of legal sciences. Back in 2008, during the reformation of the co-founders, Professor Avornyk was added to it. And in 2011, Gheorghe was elected rector of USPEE by the joint decision of the funders and the Senate of the University.

The meeting was planned to discuss several important aspects for further cooperation. Namely, they managed to:

  • conclude a memorandum of cooperation;
  • clarified program issues regarding double degrees between universities for undergraduate and graduate degrees (in particular for such specialties as Law, Management, Public Management and Administration, Computer Science, Physical Therapy, International Economic Relations and Finance).
  • They discussed plans and calculated possible prospects for the direction of cooperation within Erasmus+ projects and mobility programs.

The final part of the official part concerned the improvement of the functioning and work of universities: exchange of experience in the field of management and administration of higher education institutions, improvement of qualifications and professional mobility of scientific and pedagogical workers.

International acquaintance and cooperation with other institutions are always perspectives and experience that can be implemented on domestic platforms. And even now, with an already established reputation, ISTU is constantly searching, constantly developing, exploring and opening new opportunities in future work with new foreign partners.
