1. General Provisions

2. The organization of educational process.

2.1. The academic year of full-time college students PVNZ MNTU beginning on 1 September and ends in May next year.

3. College students are entitled to:

4. Duties of persons enrolled in college

Students enrolled in college must:

  • follow the laws of Ukraine, the Charter of the University College internal regulations;
  • follow instructions of teachers, administration;
  • acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the chosen specialty;
  • follow the schedule of the educational process and the requirements of the curriculum;
  • required to attend training sessions and implement in a timely manner all kinds of tasks provided for educational plans and programs;
  • observe discipline and accepted norms of behavior on scientific and pedagogical, administrative and other staff of the college, university and college;
  • economically treat college material property (inventory, educational equipment, books, equipment, facilities) and to their documents (student card, academic records, passes to the hostel, etc.). Without permission does not make of laboratories, training and other facilities;
  • comply with ethics in dealing with employees and college students;

  • come to school for physical education and fitness without shoes.

6. Disciplinary penalties and encouragement.

6.1. Disciplinary punishment is applied immediately after administration of guilt, but not later than one month after its discovery. Types of disciplinary penalties:

  • Parents notice of unsatisfactory performance and behavior;
  • fine;
  • reprimand;
  • deductions.

6.2. When imposing disciplinary action should be considered fault severity, aggravating circumstances, the previous behavior of the student. Over the blame can be used only one disciplinary penalty.

6.3. Disciplinary penalties wine submit an explanation in writing. Refusal or evasion student from submitting explanations are not grounds for dismissal of the disciplinary proceedings. In this case, an appropriate act.
