Every year on May 21, the International Scientific and Technical University named after Academician Yuriy Bugai honors the memory of its first president of ISTU - Yuriy Mykolayovych Bugai.
Yuriy Mykolayovych Bugai is a respected figure and a good person who left a significant scientific legacy, played a significant role both in the field of education and in the life of our university. He constantly improved, because he did not want to stand in one place. During his lifetime, he received the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor; Academician of the Academy of Mining Sciences and the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy; the title of corresponding member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and honored worker of science and technology. And, of course, Yuri Mykolayovych held the honorary position of the first president of ISTU.
The university community remembers and honors your achievements, which you created to promote ISTU to the highest level of domestic representatives of the field of education and science.
